A Merry Moen Xmas?Gotta tell ya. 4 days ago our kitchen sink developed a crack along the back and into the bottom for no apparent reason and started leaking. Bad. Its a Moenstone dual bowl that came with the house and was made in 2003. Needless to say, buying a new sink right before xmas was not a welcomed addition to the agenda. Being without one isn't a treat either. Theresa called the Moen Customer Line, but we held out little hope of anything, truth be told. We had no idea of any warranty and we hadn't bought the sink originally in any event. Moen made an effort to call back but Theresa missed it and it went to voice mail. They sent an email next asking for pics and said the model number didn't match anything they had. ?? (The sticker on the bottom was clear) What little hope we had dimmed further, but before running out a getting a new sink (!!) we thought we'd give them the two days they said it would take to respond to our return email with pics. Today they called to say we'd have a new sink by Dec 30th. Woot! No questions. So, here I am telling you what a cool thing Moen has done for us.
