AT&T, as well as every other telephone, cable, cell phone and utility company provides billing records to state and federal child support enforcement agencies, and has for ten years.

a legal subpeona or legal warrant, in other words, is not in contravention of the either the spirit, intent or letter of the 4th amendment I am very, very comfortable with it. But do not for a moment come in here and try to say, "hey, it's ok because they have been doing it for years." They have not been doing THIS for more than ten years. So the question is this: why doesn't it upset you?
