Authorities remained mum on the subject, but a nearby barkeep was more than happy to oblige.

The Guardian - A transcript claiming to detail Lee Harvey Oswald's plot to assassinate President John F Kennedy has been discovered in an old courtroom safe.

The record – described as reading like a conspiracy theorist's dream - appears to minute talks between Oswald and Jack Ruby, who killed Oswald after Kennedy's assassination.

Today, the Dallas County district attorney's office said other documents found included letters from former district attorney Henry Wade, the prosecuting lawyer in Ruby's trial.

But the apparent record of the conversation between Oswald and Ruby was probably fake, said the district attorney, Craig Watkins, and was instead likely to be long-forgotten material for a proposed film.

Oswald says in the transcript: "I can still do it, all I need is my rifle and a tall building; but it will take time, maybe six months to find the right place; but I'll have to have some money to live on while I do the planning."

NYT - Dr. Clinton Rubin, director of the Center for Biotechnology at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, is reporting that in mice, a simple treatment that does not involve drugs appears to be directing cells to turn into bone instead of fat.

All he does is put mice on a platform that buzzes at such a low frequency that some people cannot even feel it. The mice stand there for 15 minutes a day, five days a week. Afterward, they have 27 percent less fat than mice that did not stand on the platform — and correspondingly more bone.

Osama Bin Laden's plan on 9/11/01 was to provoke the United States to attack Iran. It is clearly mapped in his intentions in which he wanted to establish a Sunni Islamic rule over the Moslem countries, which is listed as his first priority. Why else would he attack U.S. when a right-winged president had control over a Republican congress. He was trying to induce an attack on the Shia country of Iran, since it is the only way he would have been able to topple the Islamic clerics in Iran and establish his Sunni Islamic rule over all the Islamic countries.
The U.S. government states that he was trying to put pressure on America to withdraw its troops from Saudi Arabia, which is listed in his intentions as his second priority. They try to brush off his plan to establish a Sunni Islamic rule over Moslem countries as an apocalyptic vision.

WW III is scheduled to start April 6, 2007 when the US in operation Bite(should be Bite Me) attacks Iran.
In other news the Trilaterals apparently met to discuss further plans for screwing up the world in general and pocketing the profits. It appears the recent profit margins of Exxon are not obscene enough. John Deutch, former CIA laid out plans for a dollar a gallon gas tax.

The Sunday Times - Scientists are conducting experiments to change the sexuality of “gay” sheep in a programme that critics fear could pave the way for breeding out homosexuality in humans.

The technique being developed by American researchers adjusts the hormonal balance in the brains of homosexual rams so that they are more inclined to mate with ewes.

It raises the prospect that pregnant women could one day be offered a treatment to reduce or eliminate the chance that their offspring will be homosexual. Experts say that, in theory, the “straightening” procedure on humans could be as simple as a hormone supplement for mothers-to-be, worn on the skin like an anti-smoking nicotine patch.

World oil production will not begin to fall for at least another 24 years, contrary to doomsday theories that supply is already in terminal decline, a prominent energy consulting group said Tuesday.

Cambridge Energy Research Associates said in a report that the world has some 3.74 trillion barrels of oil left -- enough to last 122 years at current consumption rates and triple the amount estimated by “peak oil” theorists.

The world consumes nearly 85 million barrels of oil per day, with the United States using about a quarter of that, according to the Department of Energy.

In a rare change of tone toward the Islamic state, Bush told The Wall Street Journal that he had personally signed off on granting a US visa to former Iranian President Mohammad Khatami, who made a series of speeches in the United States this week.

"I was interested to hear what he had to say," Bush said. "I'm interested in learning more about the Iranian government, how they think, what people think within the government."

DEBKAfile’s military sources disclose: The flights were bound for Damascus and Syrian military air bases just across the Turkish border. The C-802 is the advanced ground-ship missile which crippled the Israeli Navy’s gunship off Beirut, and killed three of its crew on July 14, two days after the outbreak of the Lebanon war. Searches by the Turkish authorities disclosed that one of the planes was carrying crates of Fajer rockets which Hizballah fired at Israeli towns. Two of the Iranian cargo planes have not been permitted to take off from Turkey unless they fly back to Iran.
