Certainly we cannot cut off all the money, but I guarantee you we can make a huge dent. Elegant, simple and powerful: reward good behavior and penalize poor behavior.

Redirect the money.

Pick a couple of "blogisphere" candinates and back them. Much like we did for Ginny in Penn. last year.

If the national party gets a bloody nose on a couple of races where they are trying to shove thier chosen one in over a grass roots candinate they may learn their lesson.

I would suggest Cegellis in Ill 6 as a good place to start.

Cegellis is a grass roots candinate who did well against Hyde last time around. Now when Hyde is on his way out the DCCC is trying to strongarm the district to support a carpetbagger of their choseing.

Bloody the DCCC's nose there in the primary and they may learn a lesson.
