The post on his own website he links there says "Mike Bloomberg will match every donation to the Planned Parenthood Breast Health Fund dollar-for-dollar up to $250,000."

Hypocrite

He defunded healthcare initiatives for poor children in exchange for Council Speaker Quinn's agreement not to oppose his third term. In addition, she was able to reward a long-time friend and lobbyist, who's private organizations got the Federal grant money that would have gone to the city.

He's a politician. He's seen an opportunity for some headline-grabbing PR he can pay for out of chump change and gone for it.
