When did the cops start getting tanks? In general, I have to say the cops were a lot more menacing looking. Pretty scary. I'm starting to wonder how much better off we are than the Iraqis and Afghans, in the long run. One day we'll run out of money and have to bring the troops home. Occupied America could go on indefinitely.

that I have to ration my outrage, so I'm not going to go through with that quiz. But I have been to a number of anti-establishment political demonstrations since the 2000 presidential election theft, so I understand the trend quite well.
