Looks Like Libby . . .

. . . is off to the slammer. Maybe Judy can send him some purple prose when he misses the Aspens turning, no?

First, we hear a lot about "activist judges" and general bad-mouthing of the judiciary (mostly from Repub Wingnuts and their media shills at Fox Noise Channel and AM Squawk Radio).

Now the judge in the Libby case is the latest to hint at having gotten death threats against himself and his family.

Shouldn't we be hearing SOMETHING along the lines of a strong denunciation from the right wing?

A political party is a lynch mob with a slightly wider agenda.

Why does this p%$# get to "get his afffairs in order" with a grace period of two months before incarceration?

If he held up a 7-11, he'd be in the can by now.

..as big a guilty [bleep] as Libby is, this is real kiss-your-sister stuff. Libby going to jail in relation to the CIA leak is like putting Sergeant Schultz away for Kaltenbrunner's deeds.
