The Decider

TPM has this post and this post on the 'Decision Maker.' Who knew he was taking grammar lessons? And this post at Corrente.

Meanwhile, here and here are the news articles on Bush's new found use of grammar.

By the way, ITPT says, "the Decider is soooo 2006."

Nota bene: I'm sure y'all remember this quote from 'The Decider:'

I told all four that there were going to be some times where we don't agree with each other. But that's OK. If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator.

Speaks for itself, yup?

President Bush today rebuffed congressional opponents who want to stop his plan to increase U.S. troop strength in Iraq, declaring that "I'm the decision-maker" on the war effort and challenging skeptics to produce their own plan for success.

Fifty plans have been proposed over the last five years, you've shot all of them down.

If you tell me you're trying to build a perpetual motion machine (read: "plan for success"), don't fricking challenge me to "build a better one". There's not going to be a valid "plan for success" because there's not going to be a "success" full stop.
