just keep humming the Lynyrd Skynyrd tune "Don't Ask Me No Questions" whenever a political thought crosses your mind.

I would do the same there....just no point to it (yes, there is the police state aspect, but I dunno if anybody'd talk anyways).

I envy you some...I've wanted to visit certain places in China for years, but haven't been able to scrape together the funds to go until recently. Now, I have other priorities taking precedence, and China gets pushed back once again.
