Do You Want The IRS To Sell Your Tax Return To A Data Broker?This is some seriously scary stuff. "Flew under the radar" my ass. I can't see how anyone in their right mind would want the IRS to be able to sell their tax-return information. (I can see how H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt would, however.) You want to talk about something ripe for abuse? It's already hard enough for some people to find a job when they have to endure a drug test, then a credit check and then an FBI screening. Now you want to make IRS records available for sale? That's as bad as selling a list of who you've called form your cell-phone. You want to do something, then do it and fast:
