Mass genocide of Mohawk children by UK Queen and Vatican uncovered in Canada

BRANTFORD, ON, CANADA – Mass graves of Mohawk children have been uncovered by ground-penetrating radar at the Mohawk Institute, a residential school for Mohawk operated by the Church of England and the Vatican before its closure in 1970.

According to Rev. Kevin Annett, Secretary of the International Tribunal for Crimes of Church and States (www.itccs.org), the Mohawk Institute was ”œset up by the Anglican Church of England in 1832 to imprison and destroy generations of Mohawk children. This very first Indian residential school in Canada lasted until 1970, and, like in most residential schools, more than half of the children imprisoned there never returned. Many of them are buried all around the school.”

…..In his interview, Rev. Annett stated that the mainstream Canadian media, as well as the government of Canada, are maintaining a coverup and media blackout of the discoveries of Mohawk child genocide at the Mohawk Institute. More

Rev. Kevin Annett states that instruments of torture such as a rack for torturing the Mohawk children in ritual torture have been found at the now closed Mohawk Institute. Eyewitnesses from the Mohawk community have stated they witnessed priests in red robes torturing children in ritual torture.

From the About page of the ITCSS.org page:

The abuse, trafficking, torture and murder of children appears endemic to European culture, and continues to be actively practiced, and condoned and protected, by church, state, judicial and police forces around the globe.

These same institutions are equally responsible for the historic genocide of indigenous peoples at the hands of European Christendom: an enormous crime against humanity which has never stopped, and continues to ravage and destroy the innocent and the earth.

Because these crimes have emerged from within the heart and laws of so-called western civilization, they have not faced judgment or accountability. We believe it is time for both.

Two of the main practitioners of this genocide of the innocent – the Vatican and the Crown of England – are effectively immune from prosecution under existing laws and customs. It is therefore incumbent upon all citizens to take action to safeguard their children in the face of the refusal of courts and governments to bring to justice those who threaten public safety and wellbeing.

On this basis, our Tribunal has been established to enforce common law and try and convict the institutions and their officers responsible for such historic and ongoing crimes against humanity. We therefore constitute a de jure Court under common law, with full power of arrest, conviction and enforcement.

We have issued a Public Summons to Joseph Ratzinger (aka “Pope Benedict”) and six senior cardinals in the Roman Catholic Church, inc. to appear before our opening session on September 12, 2011 in London. A similar Summons will be delivered to other church and state officials in the coming months.

Prior Agonist story here: Well! It’s not just the Catholic Church…

native people is atrocious. Not too long ago, an entire village was uprooted and relocated to an isolated area. (I can’t remember the name of the place). The Indian reserves are Canada’s ghettos where drug abuse and crime are rampant.

Most of the prostitutes slaughtered by serial killer Robert Pickton, a BC pig farmer, were native Indian women. It took many years, after huge public pressure, before the police began to investigate the case. And they’re still trying to cover up their mistakes and acts of neglect Groups lobby to save embettled missing women inquiry

There can be no doubt that Canada’s treatment of indigenous peoples is a travesty that exerts and unconscionable negative impact on the legal, social, economic and political of these people.

However, the provocative rhetoric of Rev Kenneth Annett is both inflammatory and puzzling. What is this “International Tribunal for Crimes of Church and States ” (ITCCS) based in Brussels? Sounds like a well-established UN initiative, doesn’t it? But no. It was established in June, 2010 and its first public event was book launch by the Rev Annett last October.

According to the ITCCS website its recent activities include:

At protests over the past week in Canada, the USA, Ireland and England, a Public Banishment Order against the church corporations responsible for crimes against humanity was delivered to more than thirty church cathedrals belonging to the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada.

At several locations in Canada, including on a remote Indian reservation in Saskatchewan, ITCCS members occupied churches during regular services and demanded that the clergy depart.

Also, they either did or planned to protest Dick Cheney’s recent visit to Vancouver not because of his personal record regarding human rights but because of the venue for his speech.

The ITCCS supports the protest being called against Cheney’s appearance for 5:30 pm that day at the Vancouver Club at 915 West Hastings street, and wishes to inform concerned citizens and the press of these facts:

    1. Since the spring of 1994, lawyers and journalists have named the Vancouver Club as a site where children are routinely trafficked, exploited sexually and possibly killed. These crimes were documented, including with photographic proof, by Vancouver trial lawyer Jack Cram and his assistant Renate Andres-Auger, during 1994. Both of these lawyers attempted to bring a lawsuit against two Supreme Court judges in Vancouver for their proven complicity in this alleged pedophile ring, in April of 1994. Both of them were disbarred, and Jack Cram was arrested, drugged and jailed, and the evidence he had on the Club and these judges was stolen.

    2. Aboriginal children have been a prime target of the Vancouver Club pedophile ring, which involves senior judges, church lawyers, businessmen and politicians. To quote Jack Cram’s statement in the BC Supreme Court on April 26, 1994, “Indian children go into the Vancouver Club and are never seen again.” As recently as the summer of 2009, aboriginal children have been observed being taken against their will into the rear entrance of the Vancouver Club at 915 West Hastings street from the Squamish Indian reserve in North Vancouver, during the hours of 1 and 3 am.

Around about this point I’m starting to think this guy Annett is another west coaster who has spent far too much time on the beach.

So from whence do they/he obtain authority?

Our Court and tribunal derive their ultimate authority from the self-evident Natural Law which resides within the reason and compassion of every man and woman, and from the Common Law right of the informed citizenry to establish their own Courts, Policing and Laws when normal institutions fail or refuse to uphold the liberty, rights, safety and well being of the community.

Issued by the Legal Advisory Committee of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State

The sponsoring organizations of the ITCCS include the Templemore Forgotten Victims of Antrim in Ireland, Survivors of Clergy Abuse of Australia, The Akha Heritage Foundation of Thailand, The Friends and Relatives of the Disappeared of Canada, Against Church Terror Coalition of America, SAPED and the Cultural Foundation Native Expressions of Canada, none of whom I’ve ever heard of and I haven’t time to Google.

The Tribunal Members seems to include only
Acting Secretary: Kevin D. Annett, M.A., M.Div. (Canada)
    Communications: ©Andrew-Neil:Paterson

Oddly, the latter name has a Trade Mark symbol.

I think Rev Anett’s stated goals in establishing his organization are laudable and there is little doubt that “prodding with a pointed stick” is often the best course of action. But there many public and private, national and international organizations in place that are dealing with practical issues of the Rights of Children in practical, meaningful ways and financial and moral support for their activities should be dramatically increased. On its face I’m not sure the Rev’s effort should yet be included.

Squire and eight other Mohawk elders have granted authorization to Kevin Annett and the ITCCS to conduct Ground Penetrating Radar surveys and excavations at the Brantford residential school in order to bring the evidence obtained to International tribunals and human rights courts.

Initial evidence obtained at these digs today confirmed eyewitness accounts of the deaths and burial of children at the Brantford school, as well as the cover up of their remains.

The Mohawk elders and the ITCCS are issuing a call to other indigenous nations to commence similar excavations at former Indian residential schools across Canada, rather than rely on the Canadian government and its churches for justice or disclosure. Source

    PUBLIC BANISHMENT ORDER
Posted on September 15, 2011 by itccs
Issued against the Corporations known as the Roman Catholic Church, Anglican Church, and United Church of Canada
By Elders in Council from the Inuit, Cree, Metis, Mohawk, Anishnabe, Basque and Gaelic Nations under traditional and sovereign Land Law Jurisdiction

As of this day, Sunday, September 18, 2011, your organizations, their clergy and officers, are forever banished from our territories and lands, and your property and wealth are claimed and re-possessed for the use and benefit of all our people.

Your right to operate on our land has been forfeited by your rape, torture, and murder of our children, by your refusal to change and do justice, and by your betrayal of your own faith and public trust.

…..Posted at these churches around the world at 11 am, local time, Sunday, September 18, 2011 – Issued under the authority of the Council of Nine Traditional Elders of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State – Jeremiah Jourdain, Convenor

personally “disappeared” 10 native children in 1964. The worst thing that could happen to the issue is to have this guy involved in it. Read the chronology of “assaults” against him – http://canadiangenocide.nativeweb.org/chronology_of_attacks.html#attacks – reads a lot more some form of mental instability to me.

While Canada (and the rest of Europeans) does have a bad history re indigents, there’s something very flaky about this whole thing as it’s being portrayed.
There well may be mass graves, from epidemics, for example.

Queen Elizabeth took 10 kids on a picnic and …what? Ate them?

Ritual torture? As opposed to pedagogical torture? By “priests in red robes”, no less. (No one expected the Spanish Inquisition!)

Given the deliberate fanfare, the self-proclaimed ‘organization’ to bring villains to justice, the unreliability of much so-called eye-witness testimony, I would like to see a lot more hard evidence before taking these claims seriously

I’m not saying the government shouldn’t launch an investigation, but that should include a pretty close evaluation of ITCCS and its principals.
It smells to me like a publicity scam by one or more nutcases.

The story about the queen is weird – here is a more detailed account.

But otherwise, I believe your belief about his mental instability is unfounded. I’m sure you’ve heard of the technique ‘bedjacketing’ – the use of rumour-mongering and manufactured evidence to discredit radicals. It’s very popular with the FBI and RCMP who like to use it on whistleblowers. Annett has been subjected to a severe form of character assassination. It’s been very effective judging by your low opinion of him.

Because of the complicity of the federal government, the RCMP, and the church in this genocide, Annett’s crusade to get justice for Canada’s native people doesn’t stand a chance.

Under federal government mandate, hundreds of thousands of native children were forcibly separated from their parents by the RCMP, delivered to the care of these “schools,”and subjected to inhumane treatment that in more subtle form continues in Canada today. The last school operated until 1996. Source

But he is getting recognition elsewhere.

After years of indifference, denial and ostracism in his own country, Annett has gained surprising recognition internationally. He has written, directed and produced a documentary film,”Unrepentant,” which won “Best Director” at New York’s Independent Film Festival in 2006, followed by “Best Foreign Film” at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival in 2007 and, in 2009, “Best Feature Film” at the Canadian Native Film Festival in Edmonton. Source

Following is a brief description of his latest book.

Rarely in history has a single man stood alone against such formidable adversaries. Unrepentant: Disrobing The Emperor is the story of one man’s fight for truth, but in a broader sense, it points hopefully toward a better world for all nations and their indigenous people.

Noam Chomsky has described Kevin Annett as being “more deserving of the Nobel Peace Prize than many who have received it in the past.”

Annett et al are competent to excavate and analyze any remains found? Excavation is a delicate task to assure remains aren’t damaged or contaminated – ask any archeologist.
(I’ve seen an Indian grave accidentally discovered in the process of digging a firepit – shovel went into a skull. The ‘expert’ who later examined the skeleton decided the Indian had died from a massive head wound.)
Beyond unprofessional excavation, a full-scale forensic effort would be needed to analyze anything found.

If Annett & the Mohawks don’t trust the RCMP (understandable), they should have an outside, independent group of experts do the job.
Having a few guys with shovels – undoubtedly playing to scoop-hungry news cameras – is not what I call trustworthy scientific evidence.

Canada has *lots* to answer for in its treatment of First Nations, but – Queen Elizabeth herself in person took ten kids off on a jaunt and murdered them? That’s a pretty extraordinary claim. Dazzle me with freakin’ extraordinary proof. Until then – how many of those “mass graves” have actually been excavated? Is the number greater than “none” yet?

One of the things that I’ve noted over the years is that the stuff sold by guys who look to have mental timing and headspace issues usually doesn’t pan out. One of the other things that I’ve noted is how common it is for them to try and explain away the credibility issues caused by their record of not well navigating the rocks and shoals of life with mysterious state intervention. “I want to believe” is a great basis for TV, but it has little place in analysis.

…pit to know that they’re not. That excavation was a train wreck. It’s also not like this guy shouldn’t know better – supposedly he has an MA in anthro.

I’ve looked at the overheads from where the school was located – it’s down on the floodplain of the Grand River. The notion that one is going to walk into a complex site like that – complex both because of cultural and natural processes – and assess multiple GPR targets as mass graves in a few days, without validating them through excavation just doesn’t fly. I mean hell, all of that leaves completely aside the necessity of actually dating the graves even if that’s what they turned out to be (mass secondary burial was practiced in pre-contact Ontario).

Why would the federal government, the RCMP, and the church voluntarily want to incriminate themselves?

That’s why the Native Indians have begun their own investigation.

Earlier this week, traditional Mohawk elders announced that they were imposing their own jurisdiction over the graves of residential school children, and declared that the government of Canada, its police and courts had no authority to intervene into their investigation.

Elsewhere in Canada, groups among the Maliseet, Anishnabe and Sovereign ©Skwxwú7mesh-Squamish™ indigenous nations announced this week their intent to launch their own digs and inquiries at suspected mass grave sites at former residential schools on their territories, independently of the government’s stage-managed “Truth and Reconciliation Commission.”

“The Mohawks have inspired all of us” said Jeremiah Jourdain of the Anishnabe nation in Winnipeg today.

“Now we have to spread this movement to bring the children home on our terms – and prosecute those who killed them.” Source

You’ve got a knack for belittling the opinion of others … always wagging your self- proclaimed superior knowledge in front of them. I think the only person who seems to be having timing and headspace issues is you. You accuse Annett of not well navigating the rocks and shoals of life with mysterious state intervention. That’s a beautifully constructed phrase. It almost sounds poetic. The concrete facts, however, are that Annett has had to fight against three humungous societal institutions, namely: the federal government, the RCMP, and the church. Annett’s enemies are many; they have a lot to hide and are powerful. Their numerous attempts to thwart his goal of achieving justice for the native Indian people of Canada are well documented.

I want to believe” is a great basis for TV…I guess the many awards his documentary has received are misguided attempts by “know-nothings” to honor a man who a “know–it-all” deems to be mentally unstable.

The Canadian military is keeping a watch on aboriginal groups through an intelligence unit that is meant to protect the Forces and the Department of National Defence from espionage, terrorists and saboteurs.

The Canadian Forces’ National Counter-Intelligence Unit assembled at least eight reports on the activities of native organizations between January, 2010, and July, 2011, according to records released under access to information law.

When told of the documents, one aboriginal leader said the thought of the military keeping tabs on natives was “chilling.” More
