Pre-Debate Thoughts

Tonight's CNN debate is the first since Rick Santorum took the lead in the presidential race, and given the divisive, not to say reactionary, statements he's been making on the campaign trail about prenatal testing, abortion, contraception, and same-sex marriage, Howard Kurtz is surely correct in his observation that being passed over for questions will be the least of his problems.

Or not. It's John King moderating the debate again tonight, so we might get nothing but softball questions and fluff. We'll see.

You couldn't make that nonsense up if you tried. I'd turn it into a website, "Sh*t my Republican Candidates Say"
