dunno about you but this brings a smile to *my* face...
but let me know if you see these figures anywhere in the mainstream press.
With only 19% absolute morons!
Nixon bottomed at 23%!
Is it customary that the survey has a roughly 30%, 40%, 30% proportion of republicans, democrats and independent respectively like in this survey? Bush still has a 41% support in repubs, so if they are under represented it may not be a significant drop?
...if I didn't know what a tutti-fruiti outfit ARG happens to be.
..."Yeah, but still" things...
there are lies, damn lies, and statistics, but people still like seeing things they want to see. I see a prez nobody wants any more, and it makes me smile.....

I've been amazed that Bush has been able to stay above the "Mendoza Line" this long. I think you have to have a PhD in American history to even consider a worse president or one that has worked so hard ("It's hard work") to damage America and hurt average Americans. But then the press has been a good toady, hiding the reality of Bush and his Republican enablers. That hiding of reality has become impossible. Still I wonder what it was in the last month that has caused a drop from the low 30's to under 20 percent. Maybe it's the news of the financial crunch with people thinking that what little cash they may have in a bank is just a number on the Internet (not even a piece of paper).
The baseball buff (probably as knowledgeable about baseball as he is about ranching) Bush should relate to the Mendoza Line. Considering that it seems the "Mendoza" name itself is more mythical than real, I think sub "show" play level markers should now be called the "Bush Line."
They've already got "bush league" so someone had good scouting.
As for having polls equate the number of Republicans with Democrats, that seems a false balancing, especially in considering the vote counts in the recent primaries. The problem is that many Republicans have become Democrats. We see that with the type of candidates the core Democrat party puts up for election. Few liberals in sight.
