Back up all your hard drives, then disconnect the external backup drives from your main computer. If you have more than one computer, disconnect the extra computer from the internet. In fact, you might want to unplug your spare computer completely.

There are a lot of ways to render a computer useless.

Let's all do this just for the sake of caution. Hey, periodic backup is a good idea anyway, right?
