The Cost of Political CowardiceWhen Senate Democrats couldn't even be bothered to filibuter Alito, this is what they sold you down the river to:
Hope Senators are looking forward all the incest victims and rape victims being forced to bear their father's or rapist's kids. Because these bills are passing because Right-To-Lifers are betting that Alito and Roberts will let them pass review. Political cowardice is paid for by ordinary people. In this case the women who die on the end of coathangers or back street abortions will pay, as will those girls who were raped by thier fathers, brothers and cousins who don't want to bear a child forced on them. And in the nation's VA hospitals you can witness the thousands of other victims of prior Democratic cowardice - men and women who will have to learn to live without limbs, or in wheelchairs, or with horrible nightmares. Another price for political cowardice. How these Senators can get up in the morning and face mirrors is beyond me. They say vampires can't see themselves in mirrors, because in the end they could not be vampires if they had to face themselves. Most politicians, who drain the blood of their victims by choice not because of a curse, have no trouble facing themselves knowing what they have done, and what misery, pain and horror they have caused.
