The long ears seem to be common in a lot of Bali cats.
I’d love to see what this family dynamic is like in a year.
For those who don’t mind Nature In The Raw, leopard kills mother baboon, then appears to adopt the baby.
“The Eye of the Leopard”, a National Geographic Documentary broken up into 7 parts on YouTube, has a good deal to show and say (Jeremy Irons is the plummy voice) about the life of this one leopard.
Though there’s a fair amount of necessarily anthropomorphic description, it’s an unsentimental account of Nature in the Wild.
Part V has the full footage of the leopard and the newborn baboon. (The baby quite naturally eventually falls victim to the cold when the leopard leaves to feed itself )
a good chill-out gif from tumblr for all of us at this time of year…
