The Mexican Drought


The drought map I usually see stops at the Mexican border.

This one presents a more accurate view of the size and scope of the drought currently afflicting Texas and Northern Mexico.

And it seems to be growing...

was the delineation of 'dominant impact' on the map...and that it delineated areas of mainly moderate impact, compared to central/SW TX-North/central MX.

Guess the areas with the most brown people don't really matter any more when it comes to determining 'impact'? Or, maybe I'm overthinking and looking at already (mostly) desert regions and thinking things are worse than they are?
