Amendment 64 Passes: Colorado Legalizes Marijuana For Recreational Use

The Rocky Mountain High just got a whole lot higher. On Tuesday night, Amendment 64 — the measure which sought the legalization of marijuana for recreational use by adults — was passed by Colorado voters, making Colorado the first state to end marijuana prohibition in the United States.
With about 36 percent of precincts reporting at the time of publishing, 9News and Fox31 report that Amendment 64 has passed.

So for the record, the first senator to win tonight was an independent. Congrats, re-elected Sen. Bernie Sanders.
Kentucky and Indiana have been called for Romney, Vermont has been called for Obama. [Source]

CNN exit poll: NC 49-49, Ohio Obama leads 51-48
FLORIDA: Obama 52%, Romney 48%. 23% of the vote in.
BBC and Fox both calling WV for Romney. ABC, NBC both calling South Carolina for Romney.
CNN calls Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Maine (3 of 4), Rhode Island for Obama. Current EC = Obama 64 – Romney 82
Angus King (Independent-Maine) and Chris Murphy (D-CT) win Senate seats
Networks reportedly calling both Elizabeth Warren and Tammy Baldwin winners. PA is being called for Obama.
Edit: Baldwin not called yet, AP reporter mixed her up with Stabenow.
Fox calls Wisconsin for Obama. Florida now only has 1,000 or so votes in it. Romney now MUST have OH. New Hampshire also being called for Obama.
Elizabeth Warren wins the Senate race in Mass.
