A perfectly awful legislator with a career marred by two faced advancement of the right wing cause. She has one of the poorer states in the union and she sells them out on a regular basis, starting with her party registration. Nothing held her back from switching parties.
She’s more right wing than Ben Nelson and four times as aligned with the right wing as Max Baucus. That’s her legacy, screwing over the poor people of her state while creating the appearance of reasonableness.
