Bankruptcy And Other Legal Questions

I recently received notice that I have been sued by a creditor (defaulted car loan in which the vehicle was repossessed). I also defaulted on another car loan (not the same creditor.the car was totaled in an accident and at the time I had no insurance) which I fear shall sue me too soon. Once the judgment of the lawsuit is final,which is most likely to happen since I cannot come up with a means of money to pay off the debt, can I still include that judgment into a bankruptcy (Chapter 7)? Another bankruptcy questioned is, this would be my second bankruptcy filing. I am 43 years old and I filed bankruptcy (Chapter 7, liquidation) back in 1979 which was approved. Will I be able to file bankruptcy again? How will bankruptcy judges look upon this seeing that I filed bankruptcy once in 1978? Times are tough now for me. I work at a low pay job(lost my other paying job) and make just enough to pay rent, utilities and buy food. Now if they garnish my check, It will make living more difficult. I cant drive for 2 more years (still serving traffic judgments) nor have a car. I'm a single male with no kids Any recommendations for a good bankruptcy attorney (I live in Omaha, Nebraska)? Your 24 year-old bankruptcy will have no impact on your current filing. > How will bankruptcy judges look upon this seeing that I filed > bankruptcy once in 1978? They won't care.
