House And Bankruptcy
I have been given a letter from banks solicitors to quit my unit immediately. 1. I am not behind in mortgage repayments 2. I owe the bank for a business overdraft which they secured against my unit. What are my options? I have never missed a payment on the mortgage but I cannot pay out the overdraft I am in the middle of a court case which I will win so I am trying to buy some time. Any Advice would be welcome

It sounds as if you're outside the US. I'd suggest posting your message in alt.law.uk--you'll probably get a better answer. Might also try alt.uk.law and alt.uk.law.and.order until the newsgroups masters accept the alt.law.au proposal.
