Chapter7 Or 13
I went to my 341 hearing and the Trustee told me I make too much money for a Chapt 7 and should go Chapt13. He postponed my hearing 'till 6-18-03. I have absolutely no "Non-Exempt" Assets. It seems after expenses I have about $600 a month left over from my pay. What should I do? I filed the Ch 7 myself. I found the forms free online. With this Ch 13 thing I can find no Free forms for it or outline. Also How do I create a "Plan". I live in Las Vegas, NV and I owe IRS $60000 and other creditors $20000. Most of IRS debt is for pre 1999 years. Can anyone help me?
You need to speak with an attorney *now*. You have discovered why a do-it-yourself bankruptcy is a very bad idea. Lots of lawyers take over pro se bankruptcy cases. Most charge what they normally charge for a new case because they have to redo everything.
