I have 2 questions is there anyway to add an expense after filing chapter 7. the 2nd question concerning the overtime. ok last year at my job we had tons of overtime but around 1st week of feb they cut it no more. so when i signed the paper or the petition didn't have any ot which was on april 17 and my laywer said he was gonna file the week after.so the last week of april we had a big event and i had to work overtime.later that week i called my lawyer just to check and the secretary told me that he filed may 1st.Am i gonna get in trouble with the trustee because i said i had no overtime and all of a sudden it shows on my paycheck. any imput will be appreciated.
Answer:
You can amend your schedules anytime before your discharge. As far as the overtime is concerned, you can testify about how things changed. I doubt it will be a problem.
