Credit Information At Time Of Filing.
I have a question I hope someone could answer. At the time of my filing I was totaly current on all accounts with no past dues. Of course after I filed I stopped paying on most of my revolving accounts and continued paying the ones I was keeping and reaffirming. Right now I have quite a few items on my credit report showing past dues and was past due. Will these past due items be removed once I get my discharge and dispute the accounts to show included in bancruptcy? I am planning my strategy on repairing my credit.
Hi, a great board to register, read and ask your question is located at: www.creditforum.org There are many questions posted there like yours and some great answers and suggestions. It has really helped us a LOT in learning what to do, what to look out for and how to go about cleaning up/disputing your report. Good luck.
