Anymore News On The Bankruptcy Reform Bill?

I've been watching the news and keeping an eye on the websites, but I've not seen or heard anything lately. Anyone got any word on if it's held up in the Senate or what is going on with it?

Answer:
I don't know but there is a lawyer in Illinois that for months now has been advertising on TV that a new law has been passed and that president Bush has signed it into law. He says in his add if you come to him now, he can still get you in under the old more favorable law. Do you think you could trust a lawyer that is obviously lying out his you know what. I would think this would also be fraud. It's still before the Senate. No action as yet.
