Chp 13 Case, Please Help Very Desperate

Please I need anybody's help, I already have a confirmed ch 13 case and am making payments, however, I didn't include a person who is suing me for an interest in the house, and they are filing suit with the bankruptcy court to lift automatic stay and to have them added to the matrix, what can I do now? Can I have them added or is it too late? will the bankruptcy court stop my chapter 13? I didn't add the person before because I wanted to do a settlement for 20 grand but I couldn't afford it and I haven't heard from them in a while, so what are my options? I am real worried that my ch 13 will be dismissed. My confirmation was 2 months ago. Any help is appreciated.

You are *required* to list all your creditors in your Chapter 13. I suspect that at the Meeting of Creditors you were asked whether you listed all your creditors. This is an issue you need to discuss with your attorney. Amendment of the Plan post-confirmation may or may not be allowed, depending on which state you live in.
