Pacer Entry
I had my meeting about a week ago. Five days later, this entry was made on Pacer. Is this a good sign? First Meeting Held and Trustee's Report of No Distribution and Statement of Abandonment. Trustee has neither received any property nor been paid any money on the account of this estate. After diligent inquiry, there appear to be no assets in the estate over and above that exempted by law. Pursuant to FRBP 5009, trustee hereby certifies that the debtor(s) estate has been fully administered. (Trustee's name)
Answer:
This means that the Trustee doesn't think there are any non-exempt assets. IOW, you keep everything. At this point, you're waiting for the bar date--the date creditors have to file objections to your discharge--to pass, and your discharge should be entered.
