Meetin Of Creditors Done
I have gained so much useful knowledge from this site during my bankruptcy that I wanted to offer this for those who come along who haven't yet had their 341 meeting. We (my wife and I) just had ours on Friday the 24th. It was very smooth, quick and painless. It only took about 5 minutes. The trustee asked us a few very basic questions (included below), and our attorney asked some also. We were greatly relieved at how easy it went. We're in Arizona, by the way. However, here is a tip for making your 341 go smoothly: Be sure you send the trustee the information requested promptly and completely, and be sure to contect them if you have a question or can't send them something. The only people we saw who were being questioned by the trustee or having problems were those who did not send him their information, or sent incomplete information, or did not have their photo ID available, or were otherwise unprepared. On the otherhand, the trustee seemed to genuinely appreciate those who were prepared.

just curious, who was your trustee.. I have a upcoming ch 13 341 meeting in phoenix, az. My case was just filed on jan 21st. Any insights would be appreciated.
