When you take a meal, always remember to take a glass of water. This is essential for digestion. Proper digestion is what leads to production of relevant nutrients. When the body has proper nutrients, water is also necessary for the transportation of the same products to the respective parts of the body.

When considering preparation of meals, it is always important to think of a balanced diet. This is very relevant in the sense that you give your body enough nutrients for a good growth and development process. Vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and fats must be on the list in every meal prepared.
