Different Party Invitation Themes

The occasion that the party invitation is for will help decide what theme you should go with for your party invitation. There are all kinds of occasions that you can do a party invitation for such as a baby shower, a birthday party, a wedding announcement, bachelor or bachelorette party, anniversary party, or even an adult party. There are many different party invitation themes that you can choose from and decide on when making party invitations. It all depends on what event or occasion you will be celebrating. Details that you will need to include in your party invitation are: who the party is for/the guest of honor, who is hosting the event, what the party is for (i.e. birthday, shower, etc.) what day, date and time, location with address, if there is a dress code or the guests need to arrive on time or bring anything, and if the guests need to respond by a certain date. You will also need to decide whether you are having a formal party invitation or an informal one. The difference between the two is how the items are worded and setup on the party invitation. For a formal invitation they should be setup like this: Mr. and Mrs. John Smith, request the pleasure of your company at a 60th birthday dinner in honor of Mary Jones, Saturday, the fifth of May six o'clock in the evening, 555 North Elm Street, Lumberton, North Carolina, R.s.v.p. by April 23rd, 555.555.5555. For a formal party invitation it should be set up like this: please join us for a 60th birthday dinner in honor of Mary Jones, Saturday, May 5th at 6:30, 555 North Elm Street, Sarah and John Smith, Regrets only 555.555.5555. These are the themes and ways that the party invitations should be set up for certain occasions.
