Wrongful Prosecution Trial Attorney Needed In Orlando

Q: Is there someone who is willing to help me go up against the system and the individual who tried to ruin my life?? Please post a URL, e-mail address, firm or number to call.

A: -You say that you want to recover attorney's fees. That would imply that you have an attorney. That person would be much better placed than us to speculate on the chance of success of a wrongful prosecution suit. What does your attorney say about your chances? Anyhow, sounds like you spooked someone out by your lunchtime habit. I'm sorry that as a result you got caught in the wheels of justice. It sounds like the justice system did correct the mistake before it got very far. Legally, it appears that the original trespass warning to you, and nothing more, was the right legal remedy for the situation - if it was necessary for the park people to "get legal" with you at all. The complainant was wrong to blow it up into something bigger, without letting the trespass run its course. By the way: *did* you "stare at her menacingly, through dark sunglasses so to cause her to be frightened for her safety"? And *did* you ever "shake both your finger and head in [her] direction"? Did they ever ask you to park elsewhere, and did you decline? In other words: is there *any* credible evidence in favor of the complainant's point of view? I ask because it is a lot harder to win a wrongful prosecution suit than it is to win a criminal dismissal. The standards of proof are different. -The criminal attorney who handled my case did not want to speculate on my chances for punitive damages. He said I had every right to recover financial loss do to attorney's fees lost wages, court reporter costs and now the cost of expunging/sealing my criminal arrest record. I had no problem with the trespass warning. I'm mature enough and understand the motovation of it, the safety of the children. There is another park not far from that one. I was under no restraining order to stay away from the pool park and traffic as it is compelled me to take the least travelled, same road past the pool park to get to the other one (same amount of turns if I took the main roads). There was "purpose" to go by the pool park and it was not to intemidate or threaten. It was to get to the other park. Most times I avoided looking over so not to come in visual contact with the person who called police. It wasn't until after my arrest and first court appearence did I face my accuser and actually see her for the first time No, one day I'm eating my lunch and another I get trespassed. I eccepted it and moved onto the next park. Being a free country I chose to drive down the same road as the pool park but with the express purpose to get to the other park. Incidentally, the road which the pool is on is the next road from were I work. To avoid traffic I went down the next available street.
