To Pay A Federal Income Tax?

Q: Where is the law that proves that a natural born United States citizen has to pay a federal income tax?

A: -More information is needed. Did this "natural born United States citizen" earn any taxable income and how much, where did he live while earning the taxable income, and did the income come from a source within the United States? - I hate to break it to you but a grand for the full year ain't that much anywhere... and for the cost of living in Hawaii, poor Helga must not have much going for her. She isn't working very often at it. That or she isn't that pretty (must be getting paid to *keep her clothes on*), or that smart. On the bright side, if there ever was one, Helga doesn't earn enough to be subject to the federal income tax. Between her personal exemption and her standard deduction, she could double her money and then some before she would have to pay a thin dime of income tax. Next time I am in Hawaii, I'll check on their state income tax
