To Get Detail Information On Bank Owned Properties?
Q: How useful are those foreclosure web sites that charges a small montly fee to get detail information on bank owned properties? There are tons of them which one is best or they draw from the same data source?
A: A lot of the sites that I have seen are filled with outdated crap. Some of them scrape info from other sites just to have something to put online. A client of mine that is a budding investor called me to look up some of the addresses from a pre-foreclosure site in the MLS. Many of the homes were listed or listed and closed. Some were just a mechanics lean that the owner cleared up without a foreclosure. I suggest that you develop some real contacts in the county you will work in and don't waste money on crap websites.
