Generex Granted Patent In Morocco

Q: WORCESTER, Mass., April 8, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Generex Biotechnology Corporation (Nasdaq: GNBT) (www.generex.com), the leader in drug delivery for metabolic diseases through the inner lining of the mouth, today announced that it has received a new patent in Morocco. The Moroccan Industrial and Commercial Property Office granted the Company its first Moroccan patent, titled "Orally Absorbed Pharmaceutical Formulation and Method of Administration." The patent contains claims to pharmaceutical formulations effective to deliver a pharmaceutical agent across oral membranes as well as device and method claims. "While our regulatory scope in the Middle East region expands, the granting of this application in Morocco is a timely one," said Rose Perri, the Company's Chief Operating Officer. "We look forward to other patent grants that will augment the value of our increasing intellectual property portfolio." Generex currently holds an aggregate of 143 patents worldwide (21 of which are United States patents) and has an aggregate of 119 patent applications pending in various jurisdictions.

A: The big boys or who ever controls the price or the direction of this stock has the ability to create panic in the heads of most investors that are here to stay. I am not sure if this is another false break down to the down side , but it seems that the last move has been to scare people out of their positions to force them to sell I am not sure how low the short term investor have their stop losses I figured is just about 2 to 3% below the yesterday's high. we will see what is their plan, I would speculate that a computer is trading for them do to unlimited funds. so this are opinions and speculations only so please do not buy sell or hold based on my speculation at all times you and only you is or are responsible for your trading actions and not me . good luck I am not a day trader , I hold my positions for more than 3 to 6 weeks at a time. When I speculate, I am not look at the long term trend, so if a new developing trend is emerging I stay for a long time in the mean time I trade other stocks that have a shorter time bullish pattern, I have made 6 nice trades in the last few weeks , some member of this community have been great by offering some of their stock pick, as always I do not trade every single one of them , but I have made some pretty good money of the stocks suggested, the trend determines my entry. I do watch GNBT for a trend change but I do not hang my hat on GNBT's Performance . I follow 10 - 15 stocks every day , like I said many times before timing when any particular stock is going to go up is very difficult so I do follow the trend change 3 weeks to 3 months so do to the recent event in GNBT such as the sales halt in India this stock should have gone to zero the the test and rejection of the lows, tell me to stay put but I am not a day trader, I am not going to stay glued to my computer all day long, I have a life to live. I watch it my stocks early in the morning for just about 1 hour and I also watch them for the last 45 minutes before close , that is when time is available. again these are opinions and speculations only so do not buy sale or hold base on my opinion because you must do your own research according to you own style of trading , I love to trade and I am not poor , I done very well over the years. good luck
