Why I Don't Believe In Man-made Global Warming

Q: Will Spencer wrote: Something really weird and incomprehensible, But that's AGW believers for you. Climate and Earth's Energy Budget by Rebecca Lindsey January 14, 2008 The Earth's climate is a solar powered system. Globally, over the course of the year, the Earth system--land surfaces, oceans, and atmosphere--absorbs an average of about 240 watts of solar power per square meter (one watt is one joule of energy every second). The absorbed sunlight drives photosynthesis, fuels evaporation, melts snow and ice, and warms the Earth system. The Sun doesn't heat the Earth evenly. Because the Earth is a sphere, the Sun heats equatorial regions more than polar regions. The atmosphere and ocean work non-stop to even out solar heating imbalances through evaporation of surface water, convection, rainfall, winds, and ocean circulation. This coupled atmosphere and ocean circulation is known as Earth's heat engine. The climate's heat engine must not only redistribute solar heat from the equator toward the poles, but also from the Earth's surface and lower atmosphere back to space. Otherwise, Earth would endlessly heat up. Earth's temperature doesn't infinitely rise because the surface and the atmosphere are simultaneously radiating heat to space. This net flow of energy into and out of the Earth system is Earth's energy budget. Solar power drives Earth's climate. Energy from the Sun heats the surface, warms the atmosphere, and powers the ocean currents. http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/Features/EnergyBalance/ To make it simple for you... What you are claiming about global warming and it's causes is so much hot air. BS in other words. Maybe it's you that's the human made cause of global warming...

A: Yeah, weather is a convection system within the climate environment, part of it is chaotic, like where the first bubbles of steam are going to form in a pot of water, and part predictable in where the heat sources are and how strong. You're doing great Will, its like seeing someone teaching science to special ed kids, but these bozos have a paranoid delusion that science is a liberal conspiracy. "Stein: When we just saw that man, I think it was Mr. Myers, talking about how great scientists were, I was thinking to myself the last time any of my relatives saw scientists telling them what to do they were telling them to go to the showers to get gassed ... that was horrifying beyond words, and that's where science -- in my opinion, this is just an opinion -- that's where science leads you." You will enjoy http://www.badscience.net/ I expect he wont and will continue to have faith in his ignorance and a denial of scientific reality. Behold, a new religion is born, denialist religion, a religion like all religions, that is based on ignorance. 9/11 was not an inside job. More a leave your keys in the ignition and delay calling the police as you see the local youth drive off in it, and use the time to tell reporters all the juicy details. Similarly AIG. The gates left open, the herd moved out onto the highway, the accidents piled up, and the commentators kept anyone from calling in the regulators. BLASPHEMY! Only my version faith is the correct one. You can have as much faith as you like in some other corrupt belief, but you're still going to burn in hell for all eternity unless you believe in *my* imaginary friend. You can't have your own imaginary friend: that would just be make-believe! Do you think that if this god thing existed and was capable of achieving everything that it is supposedly capable of... it'd give a rat's arse about what a bunch of bald monkeys got up to on a Sunday morning? Then again if I had to put up with that pestering going on every weekend, I'd probably send out pestilence, war, famine and death too; just to try to shut them up. I might also fuck with their climate a bit...
