Sexual Harassment

Q: on the terms of sexual harassment, do you think it's possible for a woman to harass a man. i am asking this because i saw on the news, that a man won a lawsuit against his lady boss, when she forced him to have sex with her. personally, i think that he wanted to have a sexual relationship (or experience) with this woman because if he didn't he would have pressed charges against her BEFORE he slept with her.

A: All sexual harrasment is, is a bunch of whiners trying to get revenge or something of that nature for some crap reason. So far it has been nearly entirely been women. This guy just showed it can go both ways. From what I have know there are two kinds of sexual harrasment. Verbal and physical. There is nothing you can do about the first one. People can say whatever they want and are protected by the constitution. If they want to talk about gross things around you, don't listen or just walk away. There's nothing you can do about it, and it will be a sad day when people can go to jail in this country for what they say. We could have people being accused of "Verbal Rape". Hoefully not as long as this thing does

not get out of hand. Remember Sticks And Stones May Break My Bones But Words Will Never Hurt Me. We all survived the endless insults of elementary school, so we should have no problem hearing someone talk about long dong silver. Now as for Physical harrasment that's something different. Now if this person talking to you then touches you. Fine throw him (or now her) in jail and do what you want. I think that already is illegal. But if all they do is talk, well too bad. There is also no way you could get some kind of law governing what people say. We could have court cases where people go to jail for saying the word Butt within earshot of the offended. It won't work.
