Southern Indiana Rehab Hospital is a 60 bed capacity rehabilitation center that provides rehabilitation services to persons who are facing challenges due to injure or disability. This rehab hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient services to patients in southern Indiana and Louisville Kentucky. The hostel combines technology to ensure that its patients have regained their normal functions and are able to lead normal lives despite their challenges. Through speech therapy and occupational therapy, this rehab hospital enables its patients to regain their functions.

The southern Indiana rehab hospital is owned by Institute, Hospital, Floyd in Louisville Jeffersonville and New Albany respectively and has provided these services since1994.

The 60 bed capacity hospital houses patients needing 24 hour inpatient care. Inpatient services are available for problems like burns, lung disease, spinal cord injury, brain injury and amputation as well as major surgery. The patients stay in the hospital for as long as they need this care and progress to become outpatients. Through inpatient therapy, these patients are trained to regain their functions. The patients are counseled by professional licensed counselors as well. The teams of professionals working for this rehab hospital give them the treatment they need to live life independently. The rehab therapists include the relatives of the inpatients who encourage them in their effort to regain their lives back.
