Online Florida Real Estate School - Good Option? Which Is Better

Q: I seem to do well with self-paced online training. I study best very late and very early. Anybody have any luck with either of these? Anybody know of any course that offer digital video?

A:Why are you so anxious to do an on-line course, rather than a classroom course I wonder? I took my licensing course(in NY) in a classroom setting, and did some of my continuing education on-line. I much preferred the classroom setting. I enjoyed learning from veteran real estate brokers and agents at class. In a real estate school, the classes are geared at helping you pass the states licensing exam. And what if you have questions about a topic? The Florida exam is supposed to be one of the hardest in the country. Before you decide, I'd visit a local school and ask some questions. Give yourself every advantage before taking the state's exam
