We are seeking talented phone-based salespeople to outbound sell and deliver RealWebFunds' mortgage brokerage services. You will be helping owners of commercial real estate (e.g. office buildings, apartments, retail centers, etc.) find mortgage and equity financing. Our service dramatically improves the loan request process and the resulting loan terms. And, we sell if for 50% less than our competitors. You will be compensated with a $40,000 base salary plus significant commissions (if you are successful, you can anticipate $80,000 to $120,000 annual earnings in the second year). Successful candidates will possess strong phone sales skills, excellent written and verbal communication, strong PC skills, a working knowledge of financial analysis, a Bachelor's degree. We are looking for people with high energy and desire to help fuel the growth of this exciting company. Previous experience in a real estate industry and a real estate license is a plus, but not required. We will provide commercial real estate finance and sales training.
