Problem Printing Business Cards

Q: Problem Printing Business Cards I can't seem to print more then 4 cards on a page. They line up right down the middle in one collum. How do I set up publisher-printer to print in multiple columns so I do not waste paper

A: Start off with a blank page the same size as your label/card stock. Set up your Layout Guides to the same margins as your label/card stock Set the Columns and Rows in the Layout Guides to the same number of rows down and columns across of your label stock. You will now have a blank page that appears as your label/card stock does and you can choose which label you want to print on, or do each label differently. http://www.desktoppublishing.com/templ_mspub.html OR Change the label size under Page Setup menu FILE then Page Setup and select Special Size and enter the size you want, and you actually change the number per page under the PRINT command by button PAGE OPTIONS - yes, it was a strange place to put that option. Be warned label stock that has had labels removed is not designed to be put through a laser printer and can damage the laser printer, and in inkjets and dot matrix printers the labels can peel off and wrap themselves around the rollers and have to be stripped down to remove.
