Printing Vs Purchasing Letterhead
Q: printing VS purchasing letterhead Out source 4 color letterhead or establish templates for each user??? Would like input on "company stationary" issues. Our small organization uses Office 2000 with various departments using Word more than Excel and a very few using Access. Most outgoing documents can be printed on color OR high quality laser printers. Power point presentations make great use of our 4 color logo. Please give us your experience/recommendation on 'long term' use of either printed letterhead paper or templates.
A: My experience is in a somewhat different area, I have worked as the service manager of a Ford dealership, But like everyone paperwork never ends. I have been in the position where I needed the pre-printed repair orders, letterhead, etc. but we were out of stock. If you create your own you will NEVER RUN OUT. Just a thought.
