Printing Custom Business Cards
Q: I am trying to print business cards from Picture It! 2001, part of Works suite 2001, under the OS Win98SE. Business cards is a new project for me. Here in Holland it is impossible to get the business cards that are available under "Print Multiple". I need to make a custom size 86mm x 54 mm card on A4-paper with 1 cm upper and lower margins, 0,5 cm between two columns and 0,2 cm between two cards, etc. Nowhere do I find the option to print "customized", or something like it. Of course one cannot find it in the Help. Did I miss something, or is this version so stupidly limited that it does not allow custom sizes?
A: I don't know if you need this update but maybe it would help: Update for Improved Printing on European Paper Sizes http://pictureitproducts.msn.com/PIP/HomePages/Support_Download.asp I don't have 2001 loaded right now but as I remember it there is a button on the template screen that lets you adjust *bleed* or something like that. Also. if you haven't done so...go into your printer properties and set A4 as your default paper size.
