Changing Business Card Printing From Single Card To Full Page

Q: I just designed my first business card. When prompted by the wizard for printing options, I chose a single card centered on page thinking I would save ink when printing test cards. Now that I'm ready to produce some quantity, I can't figure out how to change settings to print a full page of cards instead of just one. I expect it's something simple but it's beyond me right now. Can anyone help?

A: -To print multiple Biz cards on one page go to file choose Print in the ptrint window choose the Page options button at the bottom of the page This takes you to a page option window which will let you select whether you want one card or many clcik custom options and you can set the margins of your paper. Set the top and Side margin, and the Horizontal and vertical gap (the space between the cards.) Publisher will figur out how many cars it can print on a page and show you a preview. Click ok then ok again to print. -When designing the business card, you were designing one card. When printing them , you are actually printing to an 8.5" by 11" sheet of cards. The Business Card PageWizard in Publisher handles setting up the page and replicating the card design to the individual card positions on the page. When you run the PageWizard, choose "Lots to a page" when asked to have Publisher set up the business card document to print a whole sheet of the cards. If you want to be able to print one single card at a specific position on a sheet of cards, you can design a template to facilitate this
