Ctrock Abuse? Email Harassment?
Q: CT rock emailed me, as he may have some others, to apologize, and to
try to figure out what the hell he'd stepped in.
1. He deserved flames. But he needed some help too.
He didn't get much here, and that's too bad.
2. I see a lot of vicious and violent stuff on this NG that doesn't
excite HALF the passion this did. The guy is a MUSICIAN for
heaven's sake. Not a crook. Not a nut. Not (apparently) cruel to small
animals.
3. Some people, apparently in the name of AGA, have taken it upon
themselves to email abuse to him at home. That's about as low rent as
it comes. This guy doesn't know enough English to defend himself.
4. Shame.
Flame away, you big scary amp freaks. Or is it the people who aren't
here for the dialogue who are behaving this way?
A: I didn't send him any email, I just pointed out his lack of courtesy for the group in reply to his faux pax, so anyone wanting to avoid stepping in HTML, could do so. He decided to keep up the HTML, ...... he has to hip himself to the fact that most assholes are self made. Send him to the AGA posting FAQ, Chuck, tell him to lurk before posting and he'll be alright. So I called him an asshole, ....... big deal, assholes are as common around here as opinions. It's like speaking up in any public area. If you just walk up and start yakking, without bothering to see who's there, or figure out the local rules/standards/whatever, you're taking a big chance. I always hated them big stupid biker types rahdin' them slowpoke, uglified Harleys...'' *splat* [scrape] (just outside Joe's Biker Bar) Guess I missed it, being offline a couple daye,. or maybe I just skipped that subject. I just object to the cowardly |harassment of people by email.
