Company That Will Allow Me To Integrate My Carts 100% Seamlessly?

Q: I build shopping carts. Do any of you know of a credit card processing company that will allow me to integrate my carts 100% seamlessly? I'd really like to see a system where my user ID is sent from the page to identify my account at the credit card processing server, of which I can use from any URL, and charges per transaction. Does this make sense? I'm just basically looking for more of a programmers credit card processing solution as opposed to the canned results page approach etc.

A: when you aquire a Merchant Card Account, Visa and MasterCard only authorize that for the use of the business granted the license. If you use that account for another business, that called "factoring" and if caught it can get very expensive. The exceptions you see on the Internet are owned by banks that have the horsepower to get away with it. Most on-line stores are throwing their money away trying to do real-time card transactions. It's rare to get enough orders to cover the expense. Also another little know fact is that Visa and MasterCard will refund the client's money if you charge their credit card before the hard goods are shipped and they complain.
