As Manager, Sales Training & Development, you will play a critical role in the success of the field sales organization by providing leadership, direction, and development of curriculum to sales associates. Selected candidate will possess 3+ years management experience in education; 5+ years experience in sales education; demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting business plans; exceptional communication skills; an in-depth knowledge of instructional design; and fundamental understanding of a sales environment including the buying/selling process, sales positioning, strategies, and tactics.
