Looking For FORECLOSUREMAN
Q: I am in my 13th year in the foreclosure business and am looking for my "buddies". Is there a roster of foreclosure data publishers or seasoned foreclosure types somewhere? Why? Well, for one thing, we are currently writing a 3rd generation foreclosure program in FoxPro 2.6 (windows) and would enjoy some third party collaboration. Perhaps someone has already written a nuclear powered program so I can save myself from all this grief?
Our program utilizes about 125 fields per file. We begin with fields detailing the initial default and merge in the collateral property's building card data from CD. The program will accomodate digital pictures, mail merge, maps, and other common sense requirements basic to the foreclosure business. Our previous two programs required all data to be keyboarded in thereas the current project benefits from digital data where avaliable.
A: -There are. Another possibility is if you know which county you want to live in, you go to the county seat and look at the foreclosure board. In CA, everything has to posted on this board and advertised in a local newspaper for three weeks before the auction. -I am in the process of buying my first home. Still looking. I heard that foreclosure homes are cheaper and was wondering how one goes about looking for them. I would prefer working with a agent (like a real-estate broker) who specialises in foreclosures. .
