Dwi Attorney Recommendation???

Q: Last night I was out with my co-workers and was arrested for DWI. This is my second offense in just under 2 years (still under probation from the first offense). Apparently I didn't learn my lesson the first time, and am now paying the heavy price for my stupidity. I'm not very financially secure and am looking for a recommendation on a reasonably-priced DWI attorney? Prices for the 'better' attorneys seem to be in the $3000 range, I was hoping to pay considerably less without sacrificing too much. Does anyone have any recommendations?

A: -Would an attorney be able to save you $3000 in the process? If not, then it might not be worth paying the $3000 attorney fee. One option would be to call the DA or prosecuter and see if you can work some kind of a deal. This would be pleading no contest or guilty and entering some kind of treatment program or support group (like AA), and getting some kind of break in the fines and costs in exchange for saving the public the time and expense of a trial. -I'd talk to David M. Gross, of St. Louis Park. I'm not sure that he'd be inexpensive, but I know quite a few satisfied customers.(I know he has some experience both prosecuting and defending DWI cases, but how much, I dunno) As to judging you harshly, sure I do -- avoiding committing a DWI isn't exactly rocket science. That said, you're entitled to a defense.
