Q: What is the policy for making accomodations for students with
learning disabilites when writing the GED?
A:I believe this is handled through requests from the state and
national GED administrators. Tho I personally think the layers of
administration and regulation are too much and leave too little
flexability, they are to be followed.
Becareful about the GED and Regents cmparison. If I remeber correctly the
Regents exam is not required for high school graduation, it is only req
if a student wants the Regent's diploma. It might make a difference in
what may be req.
