Whats Florida Law Say Aboutliving Wills Or Durable P
Q: What's Florida Law say about living wills or durable powers of attorney?
A: - just an overview of my personal understanding of Florida law. Florida recognizes living wills and similar types of documents. I do not, however, recall that she had a written living will, and suspect that if she had one, this controversy would have been resolved many years ago. It does suck though that this woman will likely be starved to death when murderers on death row die peacefully by lethal injection. -I am starting a movement to re-instate the death penalty by placing stones one by one on top of boards placed on top of the condemned until they are crushed. -If there was a living will I wouldn't even be in this fight. There was none. Only the statement of the husband years after the fact. .
